How soon can you deliver my mobility chair?
Delivery of the Mobility item is subject to availability and location. We aim to meet our clients requests as quickly and efficiently as possible. Most deliveries are completed within 3 days of confirmation of order.
Carrycall charge for both delivery and collection of Mobility items.
Delivery charges are calculated on distance and speed.
What payment methods can i use?
Payments may be made securely by Card. Other methods include Bank Transfer or Direct Debit.
How long can I hire a mobility item?
Our Mobility products are normally rented for a period up to 13 weeks / 3 months. Longer periods are possible by arrangement. Ask our Customer Service Team for best advice.
Are your mobility chairs brand new or used?
All our Mobility products are new, late model or fully refurbished by our in-house engineers. For specific requests please contact our Customer Service Team.
What if i find a fault with my mobility chair?
If faults should arise with our Mobility products, we will arrange replacement / swap out as quickly as possible.
We have a large inventory and back up support.
Can i extend my hire agreement?
Yes, you can extend the rental term in your Account, or contact our customer Service Team.
Can i shorten my hire agreement?
Yes, the rental period may be cancelled at any time during the rental. Any qualifying refund will be made to the original payment account.
