Carrycall respond to Covid-19, the Corona Virus Pandemic.
Here at Carrycall, it is very much a case of ‘business as usual’ as we continue to support our clients with mobility equipment and care products.
Protecting our staff and our customers is the highest priority and we employ stringent procedures in all aspects of our mobility service.
We follow the guidance of NHS England and we have additional informational support through our membership of the British Healthcare Trades Association.
Apart from following an extensive internal hygiene regime and coupled with social distancing measures during deliveries and collections, Carrycall are constantly monitoring the latest advice to ensure we follow the best and safest practice we can. We are very keen for us all to keep safe.
Carrycall are currently operating a 24 hour response Plan including evenings and weekends, and working closely with local community teams – especially in the case of urgent discharges from Wards.
